Contact and data controller
The organisation operating Nodivo is the data controller. You can send questions and requests concerning the processing of your data directly to the controller.
Contact form data
When contacting us, you provide your name, email address, project type and message. We use this information to handle your enquiry and discuss possible work together. Please avoid sending sensitive information or data that is not needed to discuss your project.
Purpose and legal basis
We process information to answer enquiries and, where relevant, take steps before entering into a contract. The applicable basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Recipients and retention
Hosting and email providers may process information as needed to deliver their services. When form delivery is available, a valid message is passed to Resend for sending. We retain correspondence for the time needed to handle the matter, and longer only when required by legal obligations or a justified need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Resend stores message data in the United States. Its data processing agreement describes transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses. You can obtain information about these safeguards from the data controller.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Where provided by law, you may also object to processing and request data portability. You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Providing information is voluntary, but we need your email address to reply.
Technical information and cookies
The server processes technical information needed to display the website. Your IP address is also used to limit form submissions and help prevent spam. The hosting provider may keep technical logs for security purposes. This website does not use marketing cookies or analytics tools.

Portfolio links lead to separate websites. Once you visit them, the privacy policies of their operators apply.
